DELIVERY AND REFUNDSElsewhere Essentials delivers worldwide. Customers will receive a digital product (including, but not limited to photography, video, graphics, illustrations, computer-generated imagery). In case of commissioned products customers will also receive a digital certificate of authenticity as a proof ensuring that the digital product is of genuine and authentic nature. In the whole process of the order and also after the delivery, the digital artwork may only be used by the customer for non-commercial, private purposes, unless previously agreed otherwise with Elsewhere Essentials.

Estimated delivery time is indicated on the webpage when ordering the product.

Waiting time depends on the production rendering queue, first come first served. In case the ordered product is in stock (not commissioned) and if you do not receive your digital product within 7 work-days starting from the estimated delivery time, you have the right to cancel the purchase. The customers explicitly waive their rights to exchange or return the digital product. Customers accept that the production of the digital product may be formulated upon the creative freedom of the artist of the digital product and may involve a surprise factor. Any consequences arising from these attributes cannot be considered as faulty.

Complaints about faulty goods can be e-mailed to us at hello@elsewheressentials.com. Please attach the order number and delivered digital product. Complaints may be communicated to us within 2 months after discovering the defect. After 2 years following the purchase of the digital product, no complaint may be raised. In case the digital product is proven to be faulty, repair, replacement or refund may be guaranteed. In case the faulty digital product has already been published, the customer has to remove it from all the platforms where it has been published by the customer and the customer has to take all measures necessary to have it removed from the platforms of third parties as well before repair, replacement or refund may be guaranteed. In case you receive a refund, your legal rights connected to the digital product are lost, the certificate of authenticity is void and you are obliged to delete all remaining data.

All communication pertaining to the process of ordering and concluding selling contracts between the seller and the customer is done through e-mails and/or through phone numbers that the customer cites while commissioning or purchasing.
